Situated in Robin Hood's Bay, we are only 10 minutes walk to the BEACH, and close to WHITBY and other major attractions. Also, the prestigious "David Bellamy GOLD Award for Conservation" Our 30 Luxury Holiday Homes have consistently received the "Rose Award" for Excellence....proving us to be amongst the Best in Britain!

All holiday caravans at our North Yorkshire site near Whitby have a SHOWER, Toilet, WASH BASIN, HOT & COLD WATER. COLOUR TV & DVD PLAYER.  Each Holiday Home is equipped with full central heating and double glazing. The kitchen is complete with, MICROWAVE, cooker and Fridge or Fridge Freezer (except the 10 foot wide caravans which have a fridge).


Also, pillows, blankets and Duvets are provided, but you MUST bring your own sheets, pillow cases, Duvet covers, towels and tea towels. All our Holiday Homes are No Smoking. No E-Cigs. Half of our Holiday Homes are Pet and Allergy Free, especially for clients who have allergies or asthma. Most breeds of dog are acceptable in the other caravans (please check at the time of booking). The Children's Adventure Play Park is complete with full Safety Surface. There is also a grass area for games.


Laundry room with washers, dryers and iron is available near reception. The BEACH & Robin Hoods Bay are just a 10 minute walk through our own fields and Nature Reserve. The village PUB (The Fylingdales Inn), Local Baker with Pizzeria and General Store are 5 minutes walk, there are 5 other pubs and various shops in Robin Hoods Bay.
